Full Nelson El MANZANERO was born in New York City, to Dominican Immigrants in 1970. Full Nelson a 1st Generation American became introduced to a world of anti war sentiments and equal rights battle between people that resembled himself in skin tone and others which had been for centuries mistreated and negated equal rights.

Introduced to American music, FullNelson would listen to Broadband Radio, changing dials and absorbing these New Sounds. Ranging and not limiting his attention span to Jazz, Country Music, Rock and Roll and Folk Music while connecting him with the sounds that eventually would lead him to become the prolific writer he has become. This was made possible when FullNelson became introduced to Soul Music, R&B, Hip Hop and all African American music. The Writer/Legend was born.
